A judge has ordered that Instagram will have to hand over the identity of a troll who has created accounts purely to attack fitness-guru Ashy Bines.
The creator of 'Shit Ashey Bines Says 3' will have their identity revealed after Bines' friend Gretchen Vonlanthen took them to court for defamation.
Vonlanthen, who owns the Gretty Rose The Label clothing company with Bines, says the troll page has wiped a whopping AUD $630,000 (£359,000 / USD $480,000) off the value and has caused 'irreparable damage' to the brand.

In court in Australia yesterday, Justice Roger Derrington made an order to The Hague Convention to Instagram to pass on the real name, email address and IP address of whoever set up the troll page.
As well as the mystery-account-owner, four women have also been charged for setting up two other Facebook pages and Instagram acccounts.
In court, the judge agreed with Vonlanthen that Getty Rose The Label has 'suffered significantly as a result of the social media attack upon them', based on the evidence provided.

He also slammed the Instagram account - plus the two additional Facebook pages called Ashy Bines & Co Rants and Ashy Bines & Co Business Exposed - for being 'appalling and vulgar'.
The legal team working on behalf of Vonlanthen told the court the accounts had falsely claimed she was stealing from people and benefitting from her relationship with Bines. She was also called a 'liar', a 'snob' and branded 'dumb', according to court documents seen by the Courier Mail.
The claim against the trolls also says that Vonlanthen was left suffering from a number of physical problems due to the stress of it all, including insomnia, decreased appetite and muscular pain.

Bines has since set her own Instagram page to private.
