Man Involved In Disneyland Brawl Could Face Seven Years In Jail

A man who was involved in a shocking fight at Disneyland in California could be jailed for seven years, after facing a run of charges, along with other members of his family.

Three of the people involved have been given a variety of different charges, after the video of the brawl went viral.

All of the people involved were related, with Avery Robinson, 35, his sister, Andrea Robinson, 40, and her husband, Daman Petrie, 44, all charged in connection with the fight with happened in the middle of the theme park's Toontown.

Avery Robinson, who can be seen in pink in the footage, was given five charges for allegedly beating up his girlfriend, domestic battery and assault with a deadly weapon, as well as child abuse and endangerment.

"During the fight inside the park Avery Robinson made several comments, including 'I'm ready to go to jail tonight' and referenced a Southern California gang,' a statement from Orange County District Attorney's Office added.

They also said that Avery attempted to hit a Disney employee with his car when leaving the park.

His sister is also facing five misdemeanour charges, including four changes of battery for allegedly attacking her brother Avery, his girlfriend, and a Disneyland employee.

She is also facing one count of misdemeanour assault for allegedly attacking her brother's girlfriend.

Andrea Robinson, 40, of Compton, faces a maximum of two-and-a-half years in jail if convicted on all counts.
