A mum has threatened to sue a school in Florida for $1 million after they banned her from volunteering 'because she has an account on the subscription based adult platform OnlyFans'.
30-year-old Victoria Triece has two kids aged five and 10 at the Sand Lake Elementary School in Orange County, and says that she felt 'judged and isolated' when she was allegedly told that she could no longer volunteer there because of her line of work.
She said: "Nobody has the right to judge what other people do for a living.
"I was humiliated, and I should not, and no one else should be concerned about what another parent does. I just love spending time with my kids and I have a great relationship with other parents and students."
WESH reports that the problems started after some other parents at the school discovered her photographs on the website and complained about it.
How exactly they managed to just happen across them, we may never know.
Ms Triece - quite rightly - argues that she's doing nothing illegal in her work, where people pay a monthly subscription to access photos and videos that content creators make.
At the office of her attorney Mark NeJame, she told reporters: "It's nobody's position to judge what anybody does in their private life.
"If I'm not hurting anybody and I'm not affecting anybody's day, then it's somebody's choice to do something that's fully legal."
She further claimed: "It affected a parent who went and paid to see my content, but then they had to go send in these photos of me to the school and make me not be allowed to be around children anymore, which I've done and dedicated my life to for pretty much five years"
Now, she intends to sue the school for $1 million in damages, as well as demanding that she be reinstated as an 'ADDitions volunteer' at the school.
Her lawyers said that the basis for her claim is that the school has stopped her from fully participating in her children's lives, and have denied her a choice of livelihood.
She is also seeking the damages because 'the ridicule she has suffered and will suffer as a result of being banned for no reason other than offending the moral sensitivities of another for what she does privately', her lawyers added.
The school has declined to comment on the matter, citing 'potential, pending, or ongoing litigation'.
