Police say Mr Osborn-Brooks, 78, suffered bruising to his arms during the incident and was arrested 'on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and further arrested on suspicion of murder', according to Scotland Yard.

Mr Vincent, 37, was taken to hospital and pronounced dead on Wednesday.

Today it has been confirmed that police will take no further action.
