You might be reading this thinking eight times longer is unnecessary, maybe you don't want to last any longer than you can currently manage. But you clicked on this article, after all.
Well, I'm here to offer help. In fact, it's not coming from me, the tekkers advice is actually coming from sex expert Nadia Bokody.
Nadia has got two bits of advice for the men who (she says) regularly ask her how they can last longer in bed. So, if you can't keep going longer than one or two minutes in the bedroom, read on.

First up is cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) which is the 'gold standard technique' apparently, meaning you will practice behaviours to help you last longer in the sack which will eventually become 'second nature'.
The second method is edging which you may or may not have ever heard of before. It's the technique of stopping yourself from reaching orgasm before starting again and repeating the process before eventually tipping over the 'edge'.
YouTuber Nadia was promoting a device to help with the edging technique called the Prolong, she says that following clinical trials it was found that men who were previously lasting 48 seconds in bed lasted eight times longer.

Now, I'm no expert by any stretch of the imagination but why do you need a device to practice this edging malarkey? When surely you can do it by stopping/starting during normal masturbation.
Anyway, I don't want to be one to throw a spanner in the works. Going back to Nadia's advice, she says that this device can be held at the tip of the penis (lubed up).
Nadia went on to add: "Straight away you're going to notice it's going to feel really, really good and that's because the head of the penis is the most sensitive part."

When you feel that you're getting to the point of climax, Nadia says that you should stop and take the device away which sends a 'new and more powerful' signal to your brain to hold off ejaculating.
You should then repeat the process by putting the Prolong back in position and going again, twisting the device away once more. But, Nadia does warn that this should not be done more than three times in one *ahem* 'sitting'.
She says that you should practice around three times a week for 30 minutes per sesh, not exceeding the three time stoppage allowance, adding that in a few weeks (around four to six) you will notice 'really significant results'.

Nadia says that after a few weeks you can 'completely train yourself out of premature ejaculation' - that's if you have a spare $299 (£235) knocking around.
