Seven people have been left injured after a taxi ploughed into a crowd in Moscow, according to the Sun.

It is believed that Mexican fans preparing to watch the World Cup match against Germany tomorrow, were among the injured

Emergency services raced to the scene this afternoon after the driver 'lost control of the vehicle', Moscow Police have said.

The driver, who is believed to have had a Kyrgyzstan driving licence, attempted to flee but has now been detained by officers.
