If you're feeling a bit grouchy today because your WiFi connection is a bit slow, your ASOS delivery hasn't arrived or it's not your favourite sub of the day, you might wanna watch this video and remind yourself how much of an ungrateful boob you are.

The footage was taken in Bwindi National Park, Uganda, on 15 June, and shows a woman jigging with joy after being gifted her first pair of shoes.

Traveller Laura Grier had taken the old tennis shoes with her to give away and asked her driver to stop after seeing the woman walking barefoot by the side of the road.

Her driver than got out of the car and put on the shoes for the woman, helping her to tie the laces. As her first ever pair of shoes are put on her feet, the woman can be seen beaming from ear to ear. Then, once she is fully laced up, the woman starts dancing joyously in the street, as Laura cheers her on, clearly delighted to have brought this woman so much happiness.

The woman was overjoyed by her new pair of shoes.

Laura said: "When I saw the woman on the side of the road barefoot I urged my driver to stop, the woman was barefoot and had never owned shoes before.

"We stopped the car to pull over and give them to her - her reaction to wearing the shoes was priceless."

If your heart is still somehow iced over, then I'd like to point you in the direction of another warm and fuzzy story from earlier this year.

Duygu Elma went viral after CCTV footage of her giving up her scarf for a stray dog was posted on Facebook.

The video shaows Duygu exiting a cafe in Turkey and hoisting up her umbrella to protect herself from the rain. She then stumbles across the black and white dog curled up asleep in the rain.

Initially, she stands for a few seconds, as though debating what her next steps would be, while others walked past without even noticing the poor pooch.

Duygu then removes her scarf before laying her umbrella on the floor and draping the garment over the dog, who wakes up for a brief moment, before snuggling up in the scarf.

And if your heart is still frozen over, then clearly you just enjoy being like that and there is no helping you.
