Two men went to Thananya's rescue and dragged Prapapan - who is said to be suffering from mental illness - away as she shouted that her problems have never been solved or reported by the media.
According to the MailOnline, the attacker is said to have been on a mission to get the police's attention in a bid to settle a dispute about her mother.
The incident left the employee slightly injured and police say that it came about after Prapapan tried to lodge a complaint with local authorities and the media on 28 February, but when it was ignored, she was heard yelling that she would make everybody learn about Phatthalung.

Police Colonel Wichai Wichayanaruepol told the MailOnline: "Police had to arrest the suspect inside the TV studio and take her out.
"She was very loud and scolded the police, yelling at officers and struggled to be put inside the vehicle. She has been arrested and detained in custody while we begin the case against her.
"She has already admitted the attack and said the motive was to get attention for a problem with her mother."
Apparently the woman claimed that her mother was wrongly arrested for possession of marijuana and wanted police to clear her name.
