A woman in Russia was 'horrified' after a plastic surgeon put '2 litres of fat' into her backside, giving her the 'Kim Kardashian' aesthetic she had not asked for.

Lyubov Laufer, 45, has previously had minor surgical modifications to help maintain her youthful appearance.

This includes breast implants, which she had decided could be improved on if they were removed and excess fat was taken from her abdomen and sides, and placed in her chest.

She also decided she wanted a 'tiny amount' of the fat to be implanted into her rear, but was not prepared for what she woke up to.

Laufer, a clinical psychologist, decided to visit a surgeon she'd previously used, but when she turned up, she was told the procedure would be carried out with another surgeon instead.

Laufer said she was worried, but was reassured that everything would be OK, so agreed to proceed.

The mum of three, from Moscow, said: "I spoke to Kurmanbaev and talked about the problematic parts of my body. I also wanted him to put a tiny amount of fat into my bottom as well, but only if he could be sure that it wouldn't cause any problems.

"Imagine how horrified I was when I woke up to find he had put 2 litres of fat into my backside.

"I do not know how to describe the pain. It was unbearable. I was in the intensive care unit under an oxygen mask. I was getting a heat gun from both sides but it did nothing to ease the pain.

"The doctor did not even bother to come in and find out how I was doing. The next morning I was discharged. Now all my skin is saggy over my entire body."

The clinic has since denied doing anything wrong, and are threatening to sue Laufer if she continues to complain about the work she had done.

Laufer has also instigated her own legal case, arguing her entire wardrobe needs to be replaced due to what she says was a botched surgery, and is also seeking money for the corrective work.

She said she's already been in touch with a local surgeon, who is going to attempt to do some of the repair work - telling her all work carried out by a surgeon must be agreed in advance, and that nothing should be done without authorisation.

The surgeon told Laufer she needs at least two operations, with no guarantee of success.

LADbible has reached out to the clinic that carried out the work on Laufer's body for comment.
