We've all got celebrity lookalikes we get compared to occasionally. I happen to have brown hair and wear glasses, so have to deal with people telling me how much I look like 'Harry Potter' at the pub - it does my head in to be honest.

But learning about what Drew Galdron has to go through has put it into perceptive.

The unlucky lad was born with an uncanny resemblance to Boris Johnson and is now being forced to wear a t-shirt reading 'I am not Boris' to ward off potential abusers.

Drew had been working as a double for the former Mayor of London since 2007, the Metro reported. But since the Brexit debate heated up, there has been a lot more public anger has been directed towards the Old-Etonian politician who campaign for us to leave the EU.

According to The Daily Star, the 33-year-old dead ringer said: "In the past few weeks I've become very concerned about drawing attention to myself.

"I'm honestly worried to leave the house as I'm scared of what people could do.

"I have to think twice every time I want to go out as I can't always expect the public to be respectful."

It's started to get so bad that he's becoming worried about his safety.

He continued: "I'm used to people yelling things at me and trying to take pictures, but at the minute I'm worried something more serious could happen.

"I have a history of mental illness and agoraphobia and sadly recent events have made it worse."

The real-life Boris got booed leaving his home after the Brexit vote. Which you can watch here...

But Drew has also distanced himself from the Mayor's politics saying he doesn't hold the same views as him.

So if you're a would-be heckler you might want to check you've got the right guy next time.
