Officials have apparent evidence that connects the Saudi Arabian government to the 9/11 attacks.
The new information reveals the flight certificate of Ghassan Al-Sharbi - an ex-member of Al-Qaeda - had been discovered in a secret envelope at the Saudi embassy in Washington he was arrested in 2002. He had hidden a collection of documents prior to his arrest.
Al-Sharbi allegedly learned to fly along with the hijackers but didn't partake in the terrorist attacks.
The documents were first released publicly after an activist found and wrote about them on his website earlier this week.

The news comes after a string of allegations claiming Saudi Arabia was directly involved in the attacks.
Activist Brian McGlinchey told The Times, 'The envelope points to the fundamental question hanging over us today: to what extent was the 9/11 plot facilitated by individuals at the highest levels of the Saudi government?'
Tensions are high at the minute between US and Saudi relations, with the grieved families of 9/11 victims asking the White House to release 28 classified pages from the 9/11 congressional report, believed to show more solid proof of a Saudi funding.
