Andy Murray Accidentally Shares A Photo Of His Junk On Instagram

An unforced error from the two-time Wimbledon champion...

Andy Murray has shared slightly too much of his personal life with his fans after having hip surgery to try to resurrect his career.

Murray shared a picture of an X-ray that he had on his pelvic area.

That's not too unusual, but people have been quick to notice that a shadow on the X-ray shows a perfect outline of his dick.

Once seen, never unseen.

Yes, even though it isn't a bone, you can still quite clearly make out Andy's - well, you get the joke - on the picture.

He shared the - ahem - candid shot on his Instagram with the caption: "I underwent a hip resurfacing surgery in London yesterday morning...feeling a bit battered and bruised just now but hopefully that will be the end of my hip pain.

"I now have a metal hip as you can see in the 2nd photo."

Among other things, Andy.

All joking aside, let's hope he gets better quickly.

To be fair, he also shared another picture of himself in a hospital bed looking a bit groggy, but happy enough. He added: "I look like I've got a bit of a gut in photo 1."

At least the guy is famously good at having a bit of fun at his own expense. Despite being perceived by some parts of the media as somewhat dour, Andy is actually low-key pretty funny.

He recently shared a picture of himself next to the Australian Open trophy with the caption: "The closest I'll ever get to the Aussie open trophy."

That's a reference to his five winless appearances at the tournament final - which was won by Novak Djokovic on Sunday.

That might be his lot, as well.

Andy has been struggling with injuries and pain in his hip for a good while now. He recently battled bravely against Roberto Bautista Agut at the Australian Open but was knocked out after a brutal five-set match.

Everyone - inside and outside of tennis - will be hoping that Andy can make a recovery from the hip problems that have dogged him recently to return to the court.

Right now, it seems as if he's going to try to use the surgery to get back on the court, but he also needs it so that he can lead a normal life outside of tennis.

Recently, he gave an interview to BBC Radio 5 Live in which he said: "There is a strong possibility I won't come back and play after an operation. I want to play tennis, but not with the hip I have right now."

He then added that after the surgery, his 'quality of life would be better'.

He explained: "Just going to walk my dogs, playing football with my friends, is the worst thing I can think of doing.

"I hate it because it's so sore and it's uncomfortable. Waiting another five or six months to do something like that is just another period where I'm really uncomfortable."
