Matador Is Gored 11 Inches Up The Rectum By Brutalised Bull

Bull-fighting is an incredibly dangerous sport. It's one of Spain's national sports as well as a spectacle and is still going on in South America despite the waining support from people and the criticism from animal right's groups.

But it can severely injure and even kill the bullfighter - and of course the bull ends up dead, too. So it's quite a morbid sport to watch.

Matador Antonio Romero found out the hard way that bullfighting is dangerous in a bullfighting ring in Mexico City. At first it looks like he's in control of the bullfight and uses the muleta, the red flag to control the bull. There are several spikes in the bull's back where the matador has attacked him and the poor bull is bleeding profusely. The bull is clearly terrified and afraid of the matador, and knocks the matador off-balance when he's pivoting and the man rolls to the ground.

As quick as a flash, the bull attacks him several times, with Romero being tossed about on the ground. At one point, he's gored in the backside. The bull's horn went eleven inches up his rectum!

That's the most horrific bullfighting injury ever. That must have been so painful. I can't even imagine how terrible is must be to be gored - especially up your bum.

Other bullfighters came to his rescue and got him to safety.

Romero was rushed to hospital and his injuries are said to be severe. It's not known whether or not he's been released yet but I think he'll be bedridden for the foreseeable future.

But was the bull ok? No one seems to care. The bull was injured and bleeding too - and he didn't start it.

A lot of organisations have come out and said bullfighting is barbaric and questioned why people think it's entertaining to watch a bull being hacked to death by a man is a shiny costume with a sword. It's really a pretty absurd past time.

When you think about it, those bulls are in the care of people who mistreat them so badly. You wouldn't rile your dog up and then attack him would you? Even farmers with working animals aren't allowed to torture their cows. So why is it any different with these bulls?

Chief Superintendent Mike Flynn told LADbible, "The Scottish SPCA is opposed to all forms of activity which can cause any unnecessary distress or suffering to animals.

"We believe that it is every animal owner's responsibility to ensure the welfare of any animals within their care."

And he's right; the bull's owners have a responsibility to look after the animals in their care and not stab them to death.

And it sounds like the public are on the bull's side, too.

Alison Murphy commented: "Absolute Quality! Karma at its best. This needs to happen so much more."

Holly Leitch mirrored her thoughts: "Are we supposed to feel bad for him? Look at that poor animal, drenched in blood with spears sticking into its back. This sport is cruel, barbaric, and awful. Just shows the true depths of evil within some people, to take enjoyment out of something so vile!"

Andy Moore had been to a bull fight when he was on holiday and hated it: "I remember going on holiday with the family to Spain and we ended up going to watch a bull fight thing. We was there for 5mins and we got up and walked out of the place. Total disgusted. It's not a sport. It's animal cruelty with out a doubt."
