Saturday 16 June Is The Day For World Cup Action And Making Sure You're Not Out Shopping

Get the date in your diary for 16 June. It's a Saturday so make sure you're not out shopping or being forced to see a parent. It's a day of four back-to-back World Cup games and we now know the fixtures.

Of course, the tournament on the whole promises to be an absolute treat, as it always does given that it's hard to not get excited about the showpiece that comes every four years, but that date is extra special.

Here's the line-up of the games for 16 June:

France v Australia

Argentina v Iceland

Peru v Denmark

Croatia v Nigeria

And the kick-off for the matches is as follows for GMT - 11am, 1pm, 4pm and 7pm. Limbs everywhere, LADs.

I'm not sure about you but I already know exactly how I'm spending my day on 16 June.

It's in your best interests to get it booked in your diary and, if you work Saturdays, the third Saturday in June is one you really don't want to be working so do whatever you can to get it booked off.
