We're at that lovely bit of the year where every other weekend feels like a bank holiday. Which for most of us means bevs, and weather permitting, BBQs in the garden - or if like me you don't have one, in someone else's garden.
When the sun goes in though, you'll need something to keep you from freezing your tits off, and what patio heater is complete without built-in Bluetooth speakers and disco lights? None of them are.
To take it from BBQ to party, and to truly piss your neighbours off - Aldi has started selling this patio heater, that doubles up as a full party machine - and it's only £99.99.
You get a remote with it so you can change the colour of the LED lights, depending on the vibe of your evening. It comes in gun metal grey and is 135cm tall.

Although it's not on sale yet, you can pre-order it on the supermarket's website. It will be available from 23 May - just in time for the long weekend.
You can only get it online to be delivered - which can only be a good thing, seeing as it weighs 5.8kg. As if you could be bothered carrying that back to the car.
You'll need to act fast if you want one though, because it's part of the Specialbuy range - meaning it's only available while stocks last. Also - best off to pay a bit more for named day delivery if you want it in the time for the weekend. Standard is free but takes three to five working days - worth an extra £3.95 in my personal opinion.
Earlier this week, Aldi announced that it had opened applications for its wine club. Essentially, 30 people can be part of it, and they get sent a few free bottles a month, for three months. All they have to do is review it on their Twitter.
The chosen 30 will be expected to taste test the free bevs and will get new award-winning ones sent to them. I reckon that's something I could definitely be into.

To apply to be involved, which I imagine will be inundated with applications, here's what you'll need to do.
Simply email [email protected], sending your name, Twitter handle and a maximum of 150 words on why you think Aldi should choose you.
Happy bank holiday, LADs.
