We all know someone who works within the care industry. Whether they're employed by the NHS, work within private healthcare or have taken on the role of caring for a loved one - they all make a difference and Hallmark Hotels is celebrating that.
So, if you were feeling left out back when the hotel chain was giving free overnight stays to NHS workers then fear no more - because it's now extending the offer to cover all carers.
Recent figures suggest there are more than 6.5 million carers in the UK, and Hallmark Hotels has launched the initiative to recognise the hard work and create an opportunity to relax at 21 of its hotels between now and December.

The free overnight stay is valid every Sunday (starting on 16 June) up until 1 December, when carers spend £50 ($63) on food and drink in the hotels' bars and restaurants.
Debbie Neate, from Hallmark Hotels said: "Figures suggest three in five people are set to become carers at some point in their lives - it's more important than ever that they are given a helping hand and rewarded for their hard work and dedication.
"We want to try and make things a little easier in some small way by offering a chance to unwind."
As an added extra the hotel group is also making ten further one night stays available, without the £50 minimum spend. Carers can be nominated for one of these stays by anyone who visits the website and completes the online form. Ten nominees will be randomly selected.

Nominators will be asked to share their name, contact details and up to 200 words on why the carer is most deserving of the free stay. The competition is live between 10 June and 16 June.
The main offer (which includes the £50 minimum spend) is valid until 1 December 2019 to all carers. This includes: student nurses, NHS workers, private nursing staff and other members of the emergency services who care for people in the community.
The offer should be redeemed online here using promotional code CW19.
