People are outraged after the former X Factor contestant, Honey G, charged £30 for a meet and greet at a charity event.

After her 2016 appearance on the talent show Honey G, real name Anna Gilford, 37, found fame but went on to release only one single.

In a Twitter post she said there would be a £30 charge to see the B-List star as she appeared at the The London Pantomime Horse Race, which was holding a charity event.

Though people were less than impressed with the pricey tag and shot back at the TV star.

On person commented: "£30? you're having a laugh, especially when Taylor Swift, a global superstar, does it for FREE."

Another said: "This morning so funny, the woman's for mental problems if she thinks anyone's paying £30 to meet her. I'd rather get punched in the face than pay that."

A third posted: "£30 for an X Factor failure. Having a laugh you joke."

Then there was a simple, blunt response to the rap artist, when one person tweeted: "£30 quid hahahahahaa .. no thanks."

It wasn't just the public Honey G seemed to annoy, the London Pantomime Horse Race clapped back saying they felt 'let down' by the charge.

The Pantomime is an event held in order to raise money for YOUCAN, the Youth Cancer Support.

No, it's not quite the £950 it set some Kylie Minogue fans back to meet the superstar earlier this year, but fans were not happy with Honey G's fee.
