Not everyone can empathise with the feeling of being on the run from the law, it's safe to say.
You'd assume that it's very stressful, having to duck and dive all the time - not to mention keeping your head down and hoping to move far away, all to avoid any sort of stretch in prison.
However, not all people are the same. Some relish the attention that a country-wide search for them brings. Take Martin, for example, who North Wales Police are currently searching for.

NWP put a post on Facebook with his mugshot, asking for possible updates on his whereabouts. In a totally unexpected turn of events, Martin himself dangerously stuck his head out of the trench, momentarily aligning himself with the sniper cross hairs.
Having laid low for a while, the suspect suddenly commented on the post, clearly wanting some attention.
He wrote: "Can't catch me hahaha dicks I see who has the last laugh now [sic]."

North Wales Police then replied, writing: "Hi Martin - you can run but you can't hide. See you soon," before Martin once again stuck his oar in: "Catch me if ya can hahaha Caernarfon police station I D."
People have suggested that police should add to the banter-fest by updating this thread with a selfie when Martin is in cuffs. Hmm, that'd probably tip the scales towards the unprofessional, but you have to admit it'd be pretty great.
A few people replied to Martin's comments claiming he was funny, with one person even calling him a 'legend'. People were quick to point out that a man on the run from an assault charge isn't so much of a legend, though this logic was quickly shut down with 'innocent until proven guilty'.

The original post has racked up 1,300 'reacts' on Facebook, as well as 2,200 comments and over 2,000 shares.
Martin's two comments have gathered nearly 6,000 likes, 4,700 on one and 1,000 on the other. North Wales Police's reply, however, is on 4,500 likes.
I don't particularly fancy Martin's chances here, if I'm honest.
