A two-year-old girl has been hospitalised after being pulled from a 'stolen car' which had dropped into a river, it's been reported.
According to the BBC, a silver Mini was found in the River Teifi in Cardigan, in West Wales, earlier today.

It had been reported missing from Dyfed-Powys at around 3.30pm and police said it was found around two hours later.
Dyfed-Powys Police told the BBC a child had been rescued from the car.
A Facebook post, purportedly written by the little girl's mum, shared earlier that day read: "Can everyone look out for the car, it's been stolen with my daughter in it. Please share!"
A second woman posted: "My sister's car was stolen from Carmarthenshire with my niece inside, please share and get my niece home safe!"
Shortly after the car was spotted, an air ambulance and coastguard were dispatched to rescue the little girl. The girl's condition is currently unknown.
Dyfed-Powys Police tweeted to say they had attended a call out regarding the whereabouts of a silver Mini.

Local residents tweeted photos from the scene showing a heavy police and emergency services presence.
A spokesman for Milford Haven Coastguard told the Sun: "We have coastguard teams and a lifeboat assisting Dyfed-Powys Police with an incident on a river in Cardigan."
Milford Haven Coastguard said a "large multi-agency operation" was ongoing and was being directed by Dyfed-Powys Police.

The air ambulance service confirmed it had taken a patient to hospital in Cardiff.
