Nigel Farage has had a milkshake thrown over him by a protester in Newcastle today.
The Brexit Party leader was in the North East ahead of the upcoming European elections.

Following the incident, the politician was reportedly heard shouting at his security staff, telling them 'it's a failure' before he asking 'how did that happen'.
According to Associated Press, someone has taken responsibility for the attack. They reportedly took to Twitter, writing: "I fucking did it, it was Farage, I can't believe I did it."
The former UKip leader was then quickly moved away from the scene by his staff, with photos and video showing him covered in milk.
This is not the first time people have been attacked milky beverages.
Former EDL leader Tommy Robinson - real name Stephen Yaxley-Lennon - was struck twice by earlier this month, while Ukip candidate Carl Benjamin was covered in milkshake for the fourth time last weekend Sunday while in Salisbury.

This past weekend Burger King was accused of condoning violence after it reminded customers it would still be selling milshakes despite its main competitors, McDonald's, stopping the sales of ice creams and milkshakes while Nigel Farage was holding a rally in Edinburgh on Friday.
McDonald's claimed it had been asked by police to stop selling them after a spate of attacks on European election candidates.
However, Burger King informed its customers that it would still be flogging drinks and ice cream.
The fast food giant tweeted: "Dear people of Scotland. We're selling milkshakes all weekend. Have fun #justsaying."

The burger chain was then accused of inciting hatred against far right leaders.
One asked: "Hi Burger King, can I come throw milkshake over your staff please?"
A second disgruntled customer then said: "How very progressive of you by aiding and abetting violence against those with political opinions you disagree with, will take my business elsewhere."
Burger King responded to the criticism, writing: "We'd never endorse violence - or wasting our delicious milkshakes! 'So enjoy the weekend and please drink responsibly people."
