Tommy Robinson Accidentally Posts Argument With His Wife On His Instagram

Tommy Robinson - strangely enough - never stays out of the news for too long. This time, though, it's for showing off his temper in a presumably accidentally and utterly bizarre Instagram post.

It all started off weird, to begin with. It looked as if the far right activist was trying to make a post to his many social media followers about a chicken burger. I think we can all agree, that's an odd one.

It got even odder still, as it cut away to a black screen and - seemingly - an argument over a phone charger between Tommy and his wife.

"Give me the charger," Tommy could be heard saying. A female voice - presumably his wife - repeatedly tells him that he should say sorry.

Robinson - who is actually called Stephen Yaxley-Lennon - then repeats his demand several times, including saying:"Give me the fucking charger."

His wife then says: "Not only did you eat a chicken burger in my brand new valeted car, freshly cleaned..."

It is at that point that the video cuts out and we are left wondering not only what caused the argument, but also what the second point of her sentence was.

The video was shared on Robinson's Instagram story, but has now been deleted.

Robinson is a vastly divisive character at the minute in Britain. He is awaiting a date for his next court appearance to answer contempt of court charges. As it happens, he is no stranger to the courtroom.

One of the co-founders of the English Defence League, Robinson (or Andrew McMaster, or Paul Harris, as he has previously been known) has previously been convicted of football offences, including 'threatening, abusive, or insulting behaviour".

He has also been convicted of breaching bail conditions, drugs offences, common assault, fraud, and entering the'United States of America illegally with someone else's passport.

It is that last charge that meant he was recently denied a visa to travel to a potentially lucrative speaking tour in the USA.

Robinson's latest trial was most recently passed on to the Attorney General, which means that it will be heard by a judge and jury who will then decide whether Tommy is guilty or not.

He had been locked up for the alleged contempt of court but was released after judges quashed his conviction. Robinson had initially been convicted of live broadcasting outside a court at which several men were being tried for charges relating to the grooming of young girls.

20 men were subsequently found guilty of the crimes.

No date for Robinson's next court appearance has been set.
