Thanks to the latest viral internet challenge, you may have noticed people filming themselves kicking bottles and posting them all over your social media feeds.
The #bottlecapchallenge has been doing the rounds, with Ryan Reynolds giving it a go, and failing spectacularly.
Originating from the world of MMA, those fellas made it look easy - and now everybody's trying it.

The latest celeb to give it a go is everyone's favourite celeb, Ryan Reynolds. But unfortunately for him, it didn't quite go to plan.
In the video, the gin can be seen making its way to him. He immediately knows what he has to do and takes the challenge on fearlessly. However, the bottle goes absolutely flying and he can be seen making a swift exit.
Of course, he happens to own the gin company, so he's probably not too short on bottles to give it another go.
The idea is that you are supposed to be testing the accuracy of your skills, by being able to kick the top of the bottle with enough force to take the lid off, but not to knock the bottle over.

Why? Because the internet.
The video needs to be in slow motion for dramatic effect, obvs.
Others though, have completely nailed the challenge.
Take Max Holloway for example. The Ultimate Fighting Championship featherweight champion was challenged by fashion designer Errolson Hugh, and he took it and absolutely smashed it.
His video racked up over two and a half million views in the last five days. He then challenged his friend John Mayer, the famous musician.

He too smashed it, challenging Jason Statham, with loads of other celebrities joining in.
Conor McGregor also used the opportunity to promote his drinks brand Proper Whiskey - clever.
They show no sign of stopping, with everyone giving the challenge a go.
