A travel blogger has responded to claims the clouds look the same in her photos - by admitting they are the same.

A number of tweets shining light on the conspicuous cloud cover in Tupi Saravia's photos went viral. Now the Argentinian has responded, claiming she had never hidden the fact she uses filters on her photos.

Tupi Saravia said she has never hidden the fact she edits her photos.

Speaking to BuzzFeed News, she said: "I can't believe how far this went.

"I used an app called Quickshot to help the composition of the photograph when the sky is burned or overexposed.

"They [her followers] were always aware about this because I never hide it. I always tell [them] the apps I use."

Tupi has highlighted the fact she uses a photo-editing app in a post on Instagram - adding that she is happy to share out some of her clouds if anyone needs any.

She said: "It's an app called Quickshot that I've always been opened [sic] about with my followers, actually there is a highlighted story on my feed where you can see how I edit my followers' pics, changing the sky. No big deal, I use it for better composition in my pictures when the actual pic has a burnt or overexposed sky.

"Can't believe how far my clouds went, if you need some I can do a giveaway."

Tupi said she couldn't believe her penchant for good a cloud filter went viral.

When tweets about Tupi's cloudy snaps went viral yesterday (28 August), countless people took the opportunity to joke about her 'loyal cloud following' and how she was able to 'influence consumers and weather patterns'.

However, Tupi claims she was the first to joke about her sky-based following.

She said: "Actually I'm the first one to tell the joke [that] the clouds are following me around the world."

But not everybody thinks the phoney clouds are a laughing matter.

One person tweeted: "To be serious for a sec, isn't this kinda strange behaviour? It goes to prove that the digital world and the real world really are night and day. I'm becoming more and more cynical (getting old!!) towards online 'influencers' - I think it's a bubble, that will eventually go pop."

Another agreed: "This really bums me out. There's so many people who want what she has: a fabricated online reality."

A third added: "Why we end here on social media!? Faking all the photos!? I can point other users doing this, as a photographer I can't stand this."

Tupi said she has never tried to deceive anyone.

However, Tupi doesn't get what the fuss is all about and said it was never her intention to deceive anyone.

She said: "I really don't see the big deal [here], I never lied about it. I haven't done anything wrong, and it was never my intention."
