News Reporter Caught Rubbing Spit Through His Hair Live On Air

Gross - seriously gross

A TV journalist in the USA has been busted as he made some very embarrassing personal grooming choices while being broadcast live on air.

MSNBC war correspondent Matt Bradley was captured spitting in his hands a couple of times before then running his hands through his hair to style it.

Goddamn it, that's gross.

Bradley was reporting live from Syria on the US rolling news channel when the unfortunate mishap took place. He obviously didn't realise that he was on screen and live, but his colleague - anchor Ali Velshi - cut across and introduced him.

Despite being situated thousands of miles from MSNBC's headquarters in New York, the reverberations from his gross grooming actions have been heard around the world.

Because of the internet, thousands upon thousands of people have now seen that he thinks it is perfectly normal to spit in his hands and rub it on his head.

It ain't on, guys. Don't even think about it.

The video clip starts with Velshi asking Bradley: "Matt, what's the situation for you?"

However, sound issues meant that the Syria correspondent couldn't hear them at all. Despite wanting to deliver an important report on the defeat of Islamic State, as reported by Syrian Defence Forces recently, he also wanted to look his best.

After a bit, perhaps realising what was going on, Velshi cut back to the studio and said that they'd try again.

Naturally, people online have been tearing into him for his action. One Twitter user said: "Watching someone willingly put spit into their own hair makes me want to vomit."

There's a really good chance that they are not alone on that front.

Another person said: "Ahh, the ole spit on the hand n do the hair. Guessing his mom wasn't there, and most grown ass men don't do this"

You're damn right most men don't do this.

Of course, some people are defending him.

Fellow news anchor Carl Quintanilla said: "Folks reporting live from Syria can get ready for air any. Way. They. Want."

Another person added: "Well at least he can say he uses only 'natural' hair products."

There is a lot of support out there for him from within the bald community. Lots of 'I wish I still had hair to spit in...' comments. Oh, and a lot of There's Something About Mary cracks, too.

OK, sure, you might wish that you still had hair, but even those of us with a full head don't want it covered in spit.
