If you're one of the millions of struggling millennials who can't get a foot on the property ladder then you might want to look away because this little dude became a homeowner at eight.
Yep, Tyler Ford, now nine, was just EIGHT-YEARS-OLD when he bought his first house. Let that sink in.
If you're now thinking 'yeah, well I'd have had a house at eight if my parents were loaded' then let me tell you that little Tyler bought this house with his own money, because he's a shit-hot kickboxer...

He began the sport in 2015, after giving up what looked to be a promising career in football, and has since won a bunch of British and European championships and he's also been talent spotted by Hollywood movie makers so he'll be heading for the big screen soon, too. Bloody hell. This kid is making me feel like a failure.
The little LAD is the youngest person to ever be inducted into the Martial Arts Hall of Fame and hasn't lost a single fight throughout his career.
His dad, Anthony Ford, told Wales Online: "When he was smaller all he wanted to do was boxing as I was a world champion myself.

"Tyler is incredibly dedicated to fighting and being the best he can.
"Every morning before school he gets up at 6am and trains, all he thinks about is fighting.
"He is a freak fighter and has beaten fighters a lot bigger than him.
"He trains like a professional fighter and training is paying for Tyler."
The kid managed to win a staggering 64 gold medals in 2016 alone. This is blowing my mind.

While he was fighting, his dad was approached by a movie director. He told the paper: "I was at an event watching Tyler fight and an American film director came up to me and asked me if I was his dad.

"When I replied he said that he had never seen a fighter like that before and that he wanted to sign him up for his new movie straight away.
"His first movie is going to be called Ying Yang and he is so excited to be in it."

Of course, being nine, Tyler doesn't actually live in the house. His dad said: "Tyler's fighting career has proved to be a huge success for him so much so that he owns his own house in Morriston which he rents out."
Imagine your landlord being a nine-year-old.
