It probably doesn't need saying, but I'm going to say it anyway - the Night King is creepy as hell. Not in a Bran Stark 'I'm going to make a weird comment about how you were dressed when you suffered that incredibly traumatic experience' way. No, he's creepy in the way that he is scary as shit and could fuck you up.
You maybe have noticed that the leader of the Wight Walkers' creepiness has been turned up a notch in the most recent series, and there's actually a good reason. The reason is that the actor playing the character has changed.
In Season 4 and 5, Night King was played by Richard Brake

I'm not sure how this would all fit with the rumour that the Night King and Bran Stark are the same person.
The theory reckons that three-eyed raven Bran travelled back in time and then became the Night King after attempting to stop the Children Of The Forest from creating the White Walkers.
But then they could potentially not believe him and pierce the first man's heart with Dragonglass while Bran is still trapped in his body. This theory is all over Reddit, with user turm0il26 saying that Bran could then try to jump ship here and travel back to the future, but he can't because he stayed too long in the past. Do you remember that Brynden and Jojen warned him about that previously?
With all this alongside, the scene showing the creation of the White Walkers is pretty bloody convincing...

The Night King touches him and then when the Children Of The Forest are talking to Bran, he says: "It was you? You made the White Walkers?"
Leaf replies: "We were at war. We were being slaughtered. Our sacred trees cut down. We needed to defend ourselves."
Bran: "From whom?"
Leaf: "From you."
