Morrisons' Gin Advent Calendar Offers The Perfect Countdown to Christmas

There's been loads of advent calendars this year. I wish I could buy every single one of them, but imagine how long it would take in the morning to go through them all?

Still, it doesn't stop the fact that the companies of the world have truly thought about everyone's favourite things, and for that I applaud them.

Who'd have thought 20 years ago that you'd be able to open the window to a new block of cheese on the countdown to Christmas, or enjoy a small tipple before you go to bed? Not me, that's for sure.

Then again, 20 years ago, all I could think about was if I'd fed my Tamagotchi that day, and whether or not my Pokémon card collection made me cool yet (which it absolutely never did).

Now Morrisons has jumped on the advent calendar band wagon, and they've brought out their very own Gin calendar.

The calendar includes: Edinburgh Gin, Masons Tea Infused Gin, Bombay Sapphire, Edinburgh Raspberry Liqueur, Gordons, Whitley Neill Small Batch Rhubarb, Sipsmith London, Tanqueray, Whitley Neill Small Batch Quince, Morrisons, Bloom, Edinburgh Rhubarb & Ginger, Martin Millers, Greenalls, Brecon Botanicals, Portobello Road, Slipsmith Sloe, Belgravia Gin, Beefeate, Masons Gin, Opihr, Boodles, Plymouth Gin and Whiteley Neill Small Batch DG.

Phew, that's a lot of types of gin.

With so many to choose from, you'll know exactly which one is your favourite by the end of Christmas allowing you to drink the perfect tipple of your choice on New Years Eve. Win win for everyone really, isn't it?

The calendar retails for £60 which you can buy in store and online while stocks last. If you have a far cooler advent calendar, you could always use the little bottles as stocking fillers for your gin-obsessed loved ones.

Right then, off to Morrison's to go and get mine before everyone else does.
