Just in time for trick or treat

Marks and Sparks has given its arguably most popular tasty treat a spooky makeover just in time for Halloween.

Percy Pig has now transformed into Percy Pumpkin for the 31st of October and packs now contain a mix of pink, green and orange sweets

The brand has ditched the smiley face pig shapes for pumpkins which also have a ghoulish grin on too.

You best be quick and stock up as the sweet treats are limited edition meaning they won't be here for long! You can pick up the limited edition Percy Pumpkins in your local M&S store for £1.65.

Percy has come a long way since he was first introduced into stores 25 years ago. In 2011 he had a bit of a revamp and turned gelatine free so that he could be enjoyed by veggies, and then in 2011 he met his now wife Penny Pig.

Controversially, it was Penny who popped the question to Percy, asking him to marry her. The pair went on a round the world trip and then they later had piglets in 2015.

There's been all sorts of different versions of Percy over the years, including a festive edition.

This isn't the only classic M&S treat which has had a spooky makeover in time for Halloween either. Colin the caterpillar recently became Count Colin and everyone went wild for the new twist. He will only set you back £7 and he comes with a vampire face, drizzled with red icing and has black chocolate beans and boots.

You can also get miniature Count Colins for just £2, which M&S reckons are 'perfect for parties'.
