Someone Figured Out The Main Characters In 'Red Dead Redemption' 2

It's been announced that there'll be a Red Dead Redemption sequel and now we know we'll be getting it in the autumn of 2017.

Since the announcement yesterday, the Internet's been trying to figure out what the game could be about.

First there was the leaked map that shows a crossover between Red Dead 2 and Mafia 3, and now we know the game is a prequel with some of our favourite characters and locations coming back.

Redditor BlueSaber80 has now figured out that you will be playing as John Marston in the game, and you will be forced to hunt down bandit buddies Dutch and Bill in order to get your family back.

Given that those guys were bad motherfuckers in the original Red Dead, there's a good chance players are going to be doing some nasty stuff in the sequel.

Sadly, we're going to have to wait until autumn 2017 to get our hands on Red Dead Redemption 2. Well, for PS4 and Xbox One, anyway. Rockstar has yet to comment on PC.

Luckily, the trailer drops on Thursday at 11am EST (or 4pm in Britain), so we can torment ourselves over what we could be playing in a year's time.
