Megan Fox is someone who has been littered across teenage boys' bedroom walls, forever engraved in their memories due to posters and calendars.
She has, though, also been in some high-profile titles over the years. Most people will know and remember her for starring in two Transformers films, and you may also recognise that she was in the video for Eminem and Rihanna's 'Love The Way You Lie'.
More recently, she's been the voice of April O'Neil in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles as well as starring in New Girl as Reagan.

That's not a half bad C.V, in all honesty, but there's something other than her acting and looks that people seem to be interested in. When it comes to Fox, apparently, her thumbs are a popular area of discussion.
Her thumbs, yes.
People have noticed that her thumbs are a bit 'squashed', or 'clubbed', or even resemble a toe, rather than an actual thumb.
Poor girl.

She has previously spoken about her thumbs, having a bit of a laugh with Jay Leno about them, as you can see below.

However, the shape of her thumbs has nothing to do with the way she lives her life; it's because of a condition called brachydactyly.

First off, I'll give you a tenner if you can say brachydactyly, and, secondly, it's an inherited condition caused by unusually short bones, according to Health Line.
The obvious and most common symptoms of the condition are shortened fingers and toes, which other family members are likely to have, too.
The sufferer is really in no danger from any health risks. It's thought that two different mutations in a certain gene contribute to brachydactyly.
Despite people being (weirdly) creeped out by her thumbs, Austin Green obviously sees her for her true qualities, as the pair have been married since 2010 and have three kids together.

Thumb lives matter, too, people.
Happy birthday, by the way, Megan. To you and your thumbs.
