Hundreds of millions of people across the world will be tuning in to watch one of the biggest boxing matches in the sports history. Despite what you think of Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor, there has only been a handful of bouts that have attracted this much attention and hype in the days, weeks and months leading up to it.

Television box office services around the glove are also making sure they get a decent cut of all that excitement. But there's a way to save a few quid if you haven't already booked it yet.

Sky was offering a special price of £19.95 to see the epic fight, however that ran out last night and the cost jumped to £26.95. You can still get that original price if you avoid using your telephone to book the pay-per view on Sky Box Office.

If you stream the bout on a computer, NOW TV box or smartphone, you can save £7 ($9).

It's fair to say most experts reckon it's going to be a Mayweather win. The undefeated boxing champ currently has odds of 2/9 with Coral, whereas McGregor, who has never professionally boxed, has odds of 10/3 (a draw is on for 33/1).

However, it's looking like bookies might be getting a bit nervy, with McGregor's odds dropping recently - shortly after the fight was officially announced, Coral was offering odds of 5/1.

Despite the drop, John Hill, Coral's boxing expert told the Daily Star that a McGregor win would be an absolute disaster for bookies.

About £1 million ($1,288,219) has been placed on the Irish MMA champ, but Hill is expecting a total of around £5 million ($6,4 million) by the time fight is due to start. Hill said if McGregor manages to beat Mayweather, bookies across the country would be looking at loses of around £250 million ($322 million), adding that it would be the worst sporting result in Coral's 91-year history.

There's only a few hours to go until the fight begins and both athletes can put their money where their very loud mouths have been for the past few weeks.
