Ryanair's Flash Sale On Autumn Flights Sees Some Super-Cheap Prices

The airline has some super-cheap prices, but you'll have to be quick - the sale ends at midnight

One of the great things about living in the UK is how close you are to the rest of Europe.

And now, you can get there even more cheaply, because Ryanair has launched a flash sale on autumn flights, with prices starting at just £6.99 one way.

The cheap as chips fares are valid on flights between September and November, so if you've left organising your summer holiday a little late (which, given that's it's almost July, you really should have sorted out by now), this might be the perfect opportunity to go somewhere.

You can see a list of all the dates on the company's website, but you better be quick - it really is a flash sale and all those prices are only valid until midnight tonight (the 21 June).

That means you can't really spend all that much time thinking about it or researching different places, but when the fares are so cheap, it's worth just picking somewhere new to explore.

It's what Anthony Bourdain would have wanted. Besides, there's nothing like being spontaneous and going outside of your comfort zone to truly feel alive.

And there's all sorts of different places to go. There are popular holiday destinations such as Barcelona, Rome, Madrid, Prague and Pisa - where you obviously have to take that photograph if you end up going - all going for under £20 each way, and less touristy destinations such as Cologne, Frankfurt and Turin on sale for under a tenner each way.

But do make sure you know that those prices are just for the seat. Budget airlines are known for charging for extra things like checking in at the airport, travelling with a child in your lap, bringing more than one carry-on with you and for booking offline.

So go enjoy those prices, but try to make sure it doesn't accidentally cost you a small fortune, as that would defeat the point.
