Danielle Bregoli has pleaded guilty in a Florida court to multiple charges related to separate incidents before she became an internet sensation.

The 14-year-old admitted to the charges, which includes filing a false police report, grand theft, grand theft auto and possession of marijuana.

The State Attorney's office alleges that Bregoli, who rose to online stardom after coining the phrase 'Cash me ousside, how bout dat', stole her mother's purse, her car and falsely told police that her mum had been using heroin.

The third incident occurred in May last year when the teen called police to report a domestic battery. Once officers arrived, she pointed to powdered sugar spread out in the bathroom and tried to claim it was an illegal narcotic.

The charge relating to marijuana allegedly happened at a friend's property in Boynton Beach, Florida. TMZ reported Danielle told police that she hadn't smoked any of the drug but she was still given a citation because both girls refused to tell the officers where the cannabis came from.

Her father, Ira Peskowitz, was also at the court session and told WPBF: "'My daughter is being exploited.

"She posts 24-7. It's controlled by an alleged management team that promotes absurd behaviour for a 14-year-old child."

He's currently locked in a custody battle with Danielle's mother, Barbara Bregoli, claiming that he is 'trying to see the best thing for this child'.

Mr Peskowitz asked the courts to restrict his daughter's internet access, however the judge denied the request. He also believes that Danielle is being groomed for a career in porn.

Danielle will return to court next month for a hearing.

It's unclear whether the legal proceedings will affect her planned tour. Last month TMZ reported the teenager was planning on embarking on a national tour and could make as much as $50,000 (£38,650) per show.

Her performance would involve lip-syncing and rapping to her favourite songs, a Q&A session and bringing audience members on stage to 'joke around'.

Bregoli was rumoured to make up to $1 million by the end of the year because of live appearances and merchandise, which includes clothing, a jigsaw puzzle, a photo ceramic plate and a blanket worth $250 (£193).

She was also in talks to star in a new reality TV show about her life and family.
