Girl Gets Stood Up, Decides To Take Herself On A Date Instead

It happens to the best of us. You meet someone, you think there's a solid connection, you arrange a date and then they don't turn up...or even have the decency to send you a text to let you know that they've changed their mind. Now, the easiest thing to do would be to get upset about it, take it personally and go home in a mood.

But that's not what 21-year-old Mimi Black did. Oh no, she took herself out on a date and Snapchatted the whole experience. Judging by the pictures I think it's fair to say she had a better time on her own than she would have with him, anyway.

Firstly, she treated herself to some new lingerie in Ann Summers, she also got herself a cocktail, a McDonald's wrap and an ice cream sundae.

And then, to top it all off she decided to treat her Twitter followers to a picture of herself in her newly-purchased underwear. I'm sure whoever it was that stood her up is absolutely kicking himself after seeing that photo, too.

Her post has picked up 15k likes and almost 6k retweets and it got her an apology from the idiot who stood her up. As well as showing the world she doesn't give a single fuck.
