Last week we shared the shocking photographs of two adults passed out in their car after overdosing, with a toddler in the backseat. Now, if you're thinking that this story couldn't get any more alarming, then, sadly, you're wrong, because today news has broken that the mother of the little boy is a 'crack smoking stripper' who wants her son back.

The woman in the photographs is the little boy's grandmother, Rhonda Pasek, who was one of a number of relatives looking after the kid since he was taken from his mother in 2012 because of her drug use, the Mirror reports.

The boy's mum, 25-year-old Reva McCullough, told the Daily Mail that she 'bawled for four straight days' after seeing the images.

She also admitted to taking crack, but says she is clean now. She currently works at Tiffany's Doll, a gentlemen's club in Ohio, where she dances under the name of Mercedes. Despite this less-than-perfect home-life, Reva has announced she wants her son back.

The bold decision by the East Liverpool City Police Department to share the images has resulted in the pictures going viral and the little boy becoming the face of the US heroin crisis. Rhonda and her friend, 47-year-old James Acord, were both arrested at the scene.
