Gordon Ramsay Reveals The One Thing He Absolutely Refuses To Eat

It's no surprise.

His name is Gordon Ramsay and he fucking loves to swear and cook. But what is the TV chef not a fan of?

Well it turns out that there's one thing he absolutely refuses to put in his mouth and to be honest I doubt it will be a surprise to anybody.

"There's no fucking way I eat on planes," the chef told Refinery29.

He explained: "I worked for airlines for years, so I know where food's been and where it goes, and how long it took before it got on board."

But what does he do during his, presumably numerous, transatlantic flights to film his American TV series?

He had answer, saying that he opts for a pre-plane meal, meaning he doesn't have to piss about with a plastic tray like most of us, either at his own restaurant if flying out of Heathrow - or with a 'light' snack at an Italian bar if not.

Here's John Legend singing some of Ramsay's best insults...

He continued: "A nice selection of Italian meats, a little glass of red wine, some sliced apples or pears with some Parmesan cheese, I'm like a pig in shit."

Gordon has had previous experiences of plane food criticism, although last time it was him on the receiving end.

The Sun revealed last year, that his Plane Food restaurant at Heathrow's Terminal 5, has been rated average, poor or terrible by almost 750 customers on TripAdvisor.

Gordon Ramsay's 'I'm an angry person, like it or lump it' shtick may have ran its course here in 2017, but there's no denying some of TV's greatest one liners and explosive moments in the past 10 years have come from his trap.

From Hell's Kitchen, to The F Word, to Kitchen Nightmares and MasterChef US, refurbishing the physical and professional sides to mediocre restaurants has never been an easy job for a man with a fork in a world of soup. Really fucking terrible soup, too.

But the other week he took a break from all that to pull a prank on Frank Skinner.

Making a fruit salad for the comedian while he hosted ITV's The Nightly Show, the Scotsman put his hand into a blender, which was then turned on, spraying blood from his hand everywhere.

After it happens, Ramsay falls to the ground, clutching his hand, as members of staff swirl around him and Skinner hasn't got a clue what to do.

The studio audience had a big hand in pulling the prank off, as Gordon had told them what he'd be doing, and asked them to do their best acting. Bravo.

Skinner says: "Some of you might think this is a joke but not from where I'm sitting." That means it was a very successful practical joke.

Ramsay then stands up and says 'gotcha!', like a four-year-old who's hiding behind a door and waiting to scare their dad.

Banter. Banter. Banter.
