UFC is brutal at the best of times, but at UFC 197 on Saturday night, Yair Rodriguez took things to the next level with a skull crushing flying knee knockout victory over Andre Fili.
In a scene reminiscent of the ending of a Street Fighter bout, Rodriguez demolished Fili with a jumping knee that knocked his opponent into next week.
The victory sees El Pantera's stock rise even higher and takes his record since arriving in UFC to 4-0 following previous victories over Leonardo Morales, Charles Rosa and Dan Hooker.

It's not the first time in his MMA career that the Mexican fighter has won a bout in such a manner, with his 'Atomic Knee Of Doom!' (not it's actual name) laying waste to Edgar Juarez in February, 2013. Skip to roughly 2.20 to see Rodriguez's Ryu impression:
Boom, head shot!
