Filmmaker Legend of Micah, real name Micah Moore, has created something truly special in celebration of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
He's teamed up with a handful of stuntmen to create a live-action Smash brawl. The result is a short sequence of brilliant choreography, sound and visual effects, and moustache pulling for you all to see.
Oh, by the way, the stuntmen involved have worked on Marvel blockbusters Avengers: Infinity War and Captain America: Civil War, as well as the upcoming Avengers: Endgame and Captain Marvel epics. Which goes to explain why they're so damn good.
Everyone's favourite Italian plumber, Mario, stars alongside real-world incarnations of Link from The Legend of Zelda, Captain Falcon from F-Zero, and Ness from Earthbound.
But why? Because the stuntmen are rather fond of their profession, and they love a good game or two. I mean, who doesn't?
Micah explains how the stuntmen practise choreography and ideas in their own time, and, occasionally, video game and comic book concept ideas worm their way into their work.
Super Smah Bros. Ultimate launched last week to incredible reviews. It boasts over 70 new and classic playable characters, dozens and dozens of stages, and all the fighting you could want at this time of year. (Well, at any time of year, really.)
It's the perfect game to play with friends of family members - yeah, who knew playing with your younger sibling could actually be fun? Check out some of our Ultimate Spirit Board gameplay here:
