Overkill's The Walking Dead released on 6 November for PC, to mostly negative reviews. And you wouldn't be alone if you completely missed it.
The zombie co-op shooter flew fairly low on the gaming radar. Probably thanks to the likes of Red Dead Redemption 2 and Fallout 76 releasing around the same time, and the fact its Xbox and PS4 launch has been delayed into 2019.
The game has already seen price cuts of up to 50%, due to "initial sales revenues from the game [being] lower than expected," according to publisher Starbreeze Studios. But that's not the worst of it.

Announced today, Starbreeze Studios, who previously put out Payday 2, filed for reconstruction with the Stockholm District Court. Its CEO, Bob Andersson, will leave his position within the Swedish company, and will step down from the board of directors alongside Kristofer Arwin.
The studio previously announced plans to "reduce costs and sharpen focus on core business - internal and external development," and this filing, partnered with two resignations, looks to be the first step.
Starbreeze bosses hope it'll put the company back on track, and announced that staff wages won't be affected, and game development will continue as normal. Which is great news, frankly, in comparison to the disastrous Telltale Games incident of earlier this year.
"The decision is based on a shortage of liquidity and deemed to be a necessary step to give the Company the time needed to negotiate a long-term financial solution and implement changes in the organisation and operations," said Starbreeze.
"The reconstruction framework will include salaries to employees of Starbreeze and operations will continue as usual. During the reconstruction period, no payments can be made to suppliers for services or goods relating to the period prior to the date of filing for reconstruction."
