This Google Chrome Easter Egg For Incognito Tabs Is Brilliant

Google knows what you're up to...

Google is well-known for its cool little Easter eggs, like searching 'do a barrel roll' (don't do that if you're hungover, I've just nearly died) or searching 'anagram' and being asked if you mean 'nag a ram'.

This latest one, though, is judging you, you filthy little incognito tab user.

If you have multiple tabs open in the Chrome app, you'll see a little tab counter in the top corner.

Once this number gets over 100, it will be replaced with a smiley face - a :) for iOS users and a :D on Android.

If you're wondering what type of person would ever have 100 tabs open: hi. I'm the sort of person monster who has about 30 tabs open at any time on my desktop and on my phone, I'm not going to lie, I open a new one every time I need to search something and I only close them about once every four months. I'm disgusting.

So, back to the Easter egg. Well, the little smileys are all very cute etc. But if you open 100 incognito tabs (firstly, can I just say, that's a lot of porn you're trawling) the little smiley turns a bit flirty; because Google knows what you're up to, dude.

Strangely, the winky face only turns up on the Android app - us iOS users will just see the same little smiley as on the normal Chrome app.
