A man and his pet cat have got a cute little daily ritual, with the pair waving goodbye to each other every morning. Meanwhile, my cat shows affection by vomiting on my couch.
Michael Collins, 33, said it all started three years ago when he was leaving for work one morning and Sox, who had been watching him, began tapping on the window as though he was waving.

Of course, he couldn't leave his four-legged friend hanging, so Michael waved back, and the pair have been performing the ritual ever since.
As well as saying 'bye' to his owner, eight-year-old Sox will wave at anyone who leaves the house as well passers-by if he sees them and he even waves at other felines. A very polite cat, I'm sure you'll agree.
Michael said: "Sox normally sits there in the morning when I go to work.
"One morning when I left home I waved at Sox and he kind of pawed at the window.
"Then the day after that it became more of a waving motion. Sox has been waving at people for three years.

"I decided to take a video of him and post it on Twitter as social media is getting a little depressing nowadays, so I wanted to put a post to cheer everyone up.
"Sox generally waves at just me and my parents, he waves at others but we live above a road so people don't really walk past the house.
"If he sees other cats he will tap on the window."

Kitzia has almost 80,000 followers on the Instagram account her owner Viktoriia Otdielnova set up to document her life with many unable to believe the grumpy kitty's face is legit.
One fan commented: "Lmao I cannot get over these facial expressions."
While another decided they wanted to be pals with little Kitzia, writing: "I just met you and I love you so much already! You are the one I want to sit and give everyone dirty looks with!"
