Brave Woman Beats The Shit Out Of 'Sex Attacker' In Toilets

"Not today, motherfucker!"

An incredibly brave and awesome woman has spoken out after kicking the shit out of a potential sex attacker.

Kelly Herron, 36, was training for a marathon on Sunday when she stopped off to use a bathroom in a park in Washington state, US. It was then that she was confronted by a man who had been "hiding in a stall".

He reportedly knocked her to the ground and began hitting at her knees and legs. Kelly understandably feared that he was attempting to rape her.

She decided to fight back, using self-defence moves she had learned in a class, she clawed at his face and hit him while screaming: "Not today, motherfucker!"

She managed to lock him in the toilets until the police arrived. Kelly was left with a bruised body and bloodied face after the incident, but she took to Instagram to let everyone know that she was okay.

She also included a picture of her GPS tracker which shows just how much she was moving around during the incident.

She wrote: "My biggest running nightmare became reality- 4 miles into my long run Sunday afternoon, I stopped to use the restroom and was assaulted by a man hiding in a stall (that is my GPS in red lines). I fought for my life screaming("Not today, M**F**er!"), clawing his face, punching back, and desperately trying to escape his grip- never giving up.

"I was able to lock him in the bathroom until police arrived. Thankfully I just took a self-defense class offered at my work and utilized all of it. My face is stitched, my body is bruised, but my spirit is intact."

Gary Steiner, from Arizona, has been charged with attempted second-degree rape and second-degree assault with sexual motivation. He remains in King County Jail on $750,000 bail.

He told police that two other women came into the bathroom while he was hiding, but he didn't attack them. However, when a third woman came in (believed to be Kelly) he approached her from behind and only stopped attacking when he noticed blood on her, he claims.

The Mirror reports that he will be arraigned on March 22.
