Wait... what?!

Adam Moran, 30, completely transformed his body. However, he claims that a lot of it is down to eating fast food.

Yeah, I'm intrigued. I'm currently sat eating celery and carrot sticks - wasting my time here.

A while ago, Adam had 'a bit of a beer belly and love handles' however now he's RIPPED. He used to weigh around 13 stone and is now 11 and a half.

Plus, now he takes part in massive food challenges every week. Including eating 155 McDonald's chicken nuggets in under 50 minutes. Which, he'll have you know, is an unofficial world record.

Damn, son. That's a fuck load of chickeny goodness.

So how does it work?!

He told the Sun: "I was always an overweight kid and started weight training when I was around 25.

"I wasn't in shape and wanted to get ripped and like the way I looked. I went to the gym six times a week for two hours at a time. I train all my muscles twice a week, except my legs. I've got my body fat down to around eight per cent."

He continued: "When you diet for a long period of time your body gets to a point where it won't loose any more weight.

"That's why bodybuilders have 'cheat meals' because it helps their bodies recover with all the protein.

"It also gives you energy to want to go and train and without it I wouldn't have got the body I wanted."

Despite the fact he's muscley as fuck, he actually hardly ever does any sort of cardio exercise. He much prefers weight training.

He continued: "I understand nutrition and what you can and cannot eat. When you know what you can get away with it means that you can do challenges like this and it have no negative affect on your body.

"I'm not eating this food [the challenges] every day and the rest of the time I'm healthy so my inside's are clean."
