The time has come to get out of the Candy Shop, LADs. Too soon?

Meet the businessman who was so inspired by 50 Cent's bulked up body that he gained an whopping two stone and five pounds of muscle to show off a ripped A.F. physique.

I mean, what could be more inspirational than a 12-year-old drug dealing criminal turned rapper, businessman and investor?

Entrepreneur, Mike Bergant, 41, used to feel shy and reserved due to his skinnier appearance and weight of 11st 11Ibs.

That was until he was spurred on by his all-time body inspiration, 50 Cent, who motivated him with his 'winning attitude'.

He was also encouraged by his wife, who used to be a personal trainer (probably a better inspiration), to bulk up and decided that a change was on the horizon, Just a Lil Bit. I'll stop now.

He works out with weights predominantly three to four times a week and walks regularly which contributed to his bulked-up body that now weighs 14st 2Ibs. Way to go, Mike.

The father-of-five from Ljubljana, Slovenia, said: "I was always thin since I was young. I was unsure, shy and feeling weak before my transformation.

"I would say that my wife gave me the idea to get into fitness, even though I was always saying 'fitness' is not for me. My wife was a personal trainer before, so this was in her blood.

"The second thing that gave me the power to keep going is the first progress pictures I saw on my body when I first started to train.

"I didn't want to go into fitness, I was scared to walk into the gym because I was so thin and the gym is full of big guys.

"I've chosen the right health nutritional meals, including Herbalife and my mindset in training, and empowering myself has changed.

"One of the most influencing people who has given me lots of mental power was and still is 50 Cent.

"I've also had a lot of support from my wife, family and friends and I want to inspire other people with my story and body transformation.

"It's been a big part of my transformation, because it gave me a lot of self-confidence, faith, I started to believe in myself.

"My transformation gave me a lot of self-confidence, no fear attitude, and more power to raise my family, raise my kids. I also became braver, and of course, my wife is happy, too.

"I feel amazing, proud and most importantly self-aware, which means that today I know for sure about my potential of growing as a person; not just with muscle, but as a father, a friend and entrepreneur.

"I added Herbalife nutrition to get more proteins and other nutrients and started to eat more healthy food with a lot of vegetables.

"In fitness the most important workout for me was increasing my mental strength, faith, consistency."

Mike found adjusting his attitude and having the motivation to keep going the hardest parts of the process.

He continued: "The biggest challenge was to change my mindset from 'nobody' to 'somebody' - to start believing that I'm capable of growing, changing my body and to become someone; not just physically but also mentally.

"I've seen lots of successful body transformations within our company, Herbalife, so I knew I can be successful, too.

"Sometimes overcoming fatigue, due to having five kids, was a really big challenge and I could only train at night when most of my family were asleep.

"But I knew this is something I had to overcome to get to where I wanted to be. Most people praise me and say I look great.

"Start with a decision to change. Set up your vision, who do you want to become? Find your mentor. Make a nutrition and workout plan but don't do it with unhealthy/dangerous choices.

"Make sure you eat healthy, always treat your body as a temple. Strengthen your mindset everyday with motivational, inspirational stories, videos and successful people. Even when it gets hard, never ever give up on yourself."
