Not long after opening the joint, Salt Bae will be leave his London restaurant to set up his 28th venue.

The salt sprinkling celebrity chef - whose real name is Nusret Gökçe - will no longer be making appearances at Nusr-Et, which is located in Knightsbridge, and Sunday will be his final day.

This is because the 38-year-old is jetting off to Saudi Arabia in order to open his 28th venue in Riyadh.

Taking to his Instagram story, Salt Bae wrote: "Sunday is my last day in London. I will go to Riyadh to open my 28th restaurant.

"Sunday is my last day in Lovely London. I want to see you beautiful people before I go."

He became a social media sensation thanks to his unorthodox seasoning method which came to light back in 2017. Now he owns a global chain of steakhouses.

The eateries owned by him are known for not only the food but the eye-watering prices that come after the dishes.

It seems that people working there might not get a decent cut of the revenue because a job advertisement showed exactly how much his staff are making.

They are looking for an experienced chef de partie to join the team, offering up the 'highly competitive salary' of £12 ($16.35) to £13.50 ($18.39) per hour, plus tips.

To put that into context, £12 is what the restaurant charges for a portion of mashed potato.

The job ad reads: "Amazing opportunity for an experienced Chef De Partie to join Nusret team in the new restaurant in London!

"As a Chef De Partie, you will be working with some of the finest ingredients from the UK and abroad in the one of the most famous steakhouses in the world.

"You will play a vital part in a large team and will support the Head Chef during service.

"To the successful candidate Nusr-Et London offers a highly competitive salary and excellent opportunities to develop a global career.

"If you're a Chef de Partie looking to work the famous steakhouse, send your CV, we want to hear from you!"
