If anyone has ever seen Keeping Up with the Kardashians you'll probably know Kimmy gets just what she wants. But she's delving into something deeper than water for her diamond earring this time.
That's because President Donald Trump has now commuted (reduced) the life sentence of Alice Johnson - the 63-year-old great grandmother in prison for drug trafficking.
This all seems to have come about because Kim lobbied for her cause in the Oval Office.
Alice Marie Johnson is a first-time non-violent drug offender who was given a life sentence without parole. She will be released from federal prison in Aliceville, Alabama, where she has been serving her sentence since 1996.
The news of Johnson's release comes a week after Kardashian West advocated for her in an Oval Office meeting with President Trump.

In an interview with MIC after the meeting, Kim said Trump 'really spent the time to listen to our case that we were making for Alice. He really understood, and I am very hopeful that this will turn out really positively.'
Kardashian West initially became involved in Johnson's case in October when she saw Johnson sharing her story from prison.
Talking about the video, she told MIC: "If you think about a decision that you've made in your life and you get life without the possibility of parole for your first-time nonviolent offense, there's just something so wrong with that."

Today, Kim took to Twitter and told her 60.1 million followers the decision was the "BEST NEWS EVER".
This move goes against the broader policy that Trump has been pushing for in respect of drug dealers and traffickers. Vox reported that the President said that the government should execute drug dealers and traffickers.
