Student Complains Swimsuit Left Her ‘Hanging Out’ Before Clothing Company Responds

“My vagina was hanging out constantly. Is it meant to stretch like that?"

Most of us have dealt with the embarrassment of jumping into a swimming pool, only to have the bottom half of your swimsuit slip right off your body.

The shame of then frantically searching the pool half naked is enough to leave the most confident of people red-faced.

However, one woman said she was left with her 'vagina hanging out' for an entirely different reason.

It all started when Lyndsey Brown went on a girl's trip with her pals to Ibiza. During a day by the pool, the student from Glasgow noticed her new bikini just didn't feel right.

After having to constantly readjust herself as she was 'hanging out', she decided to complain to Pear Swimwear about the seemingly ill-fitted suit.

But what Lyndsey failed to realise was that she'd put the costume on upside down - a resulting outcome from a few too many poolside cocktails. Whoops!

Before realising the mistake, she wrote to the company: "My vagina was hanging out constantly. Is it meant to stretch like that?

"This is what it was like. It was so bad and embarrassing.

"Like it was totally fine at first but then afterwards it was so bad."

The company were quick to reply to let the customer know she had the swimsuit on upside down, writing: "I'm really sorry you were embarrassed by your swimsuit.

"I have had a look at the picture you have sent and believe you are wearing the swimsuit upside down.

"The swimsuit you have ordered is this one and should look like this.

"There should be a gold pear label on the swimsuit which should sit at the back at the top of your back.

"The thinnest part of the swimsuit will be the strap which sits across your shoulder. I hope this helps."

Oh, the shame.

Lyndsey decided to post about her embarrassing incident on Twitter, writing: "I went to Ocean Beach wearing the swimsuit in perfect condition and the CORRECT way - had too much fun with alcohol, went to the toilet a few hours later and put my swimsuit on upside down WITHOUT KNOWING.

"I swear it was on correctly when I went there.

"Howling I was wanting a refund on that swimsuit thinking it was faulty."

What an awkward situation for everyone involved - at least she saw the funny side.
