A man who had terminal cancer managed to marry his girlfriend of 11 years just hours before he died.
Raul 'Tiny' Hinojosa had leukaemia and, at the incredibly young age of 33, tragically passed away as a result over the weekend.
His final wish was to marry his girlfriend, Yvonne Lamas. For obvious reasons they couldn't get to a church, so instead held the ceremony at his bedside in hospital.
The emotionally-charged ceremony was caught on camera and uploaded to Facebook.
The video was uploaded alongside the message: "Tiny had been fighting cancer for three years. About six weeks ago he got admitted into the hospital, everything started shutting down - lungs, kidneys etc. Yesterday he finally threw in the towel. Tiny wanted to go home but not before getting married first and make his family complete. The hospital gave him a few days and was able to get his wish. Tiny has gone to be with the Lord now. Thanks for all the prayers and God bless everyone. [sic]"
Yvonne told CNN: "He was very respectful, very romantic and always wanted to give me the world. He knew how to put a smile on my face no matter the situation."
They are now looking to raise money to help out the family. They've smashed their target of $2,000, with $8,610 being donated at the time of writing.
