A couple who met over a decade ago were able to have sex for the first time after losing an impressive 41 stone (260kg).
Forty-two-year-old Lee Sutton and his partner Rena Kiser, 39, from Missouri, weighed 51 stone (323kg) and 39 stone (247kg), respectively, before they decided to go under the knife and have gastric bypass surgery.
Following the surgery, the couple dropped almost half their combined body weight in a year. Nicely done.
And if being more trim and healthy isn't enough, the couple were also able to have sex for the first time since meeting 11 years ago. That must have been quite a night.
The couple shared their story with Lifetime reality show My 600lb Life. The couple met at a weight loss clinic, where Rena and her brother checked into in an attempt to slim down; however, they then spent years comfort eating to try and cope with their problems.
Cameras followed their weight loss journey at a point when Lee was hardly able to leave his bed, and Rena had to help look after him.
With her own weight increasing, Rena admitted that she couldn't look after Lee on her own anymore and Lee's sister Cassie had to step in.

The couple met with Dr Younan Nowzaradan, a weight loss surgeon, who told them that they wouldn't have long to live if they didn't start losing weight. They were even too heavy to qualify for gastric surgery, so were placed on a strict diet in order to lose some weight.
But surgery wasn't the handy, short-cut that many people believe it is, and the couple's relationship was tested when Lee admitted that he found it near impossible to give up the junk food. So, Dr Younan sent them to therapy where the couple were able to talk through their problems and went on to support each other with their continued weight loss.
As the weight dropped, Lee and Rena realised they were finally slim enough to be intimate with one another. A delighted Lee told the cameras: "We never had intercourse before but we can now."
