If there's one thing we all love, it's a big, juicy steak. But if there's another, it's a good bargain.
The two don't normally combine that naturally, but as Mother's Day rolls around, that's all set to change as Aldi introduces the 'Mother of All Steaks'.
In honour of Mothering Sunday this weekend, the supermarket has launched the special 21-day aged British rump steak, which claims to be one of the biggest steaks available on the market and costs just £4.99 for 454g/16oz.

In stores nationwide from today, you'll be able to get a couple in to treat your mum to a slap-up steak dinner - or, of course, just stockpile some for yourself.
Julie Ashfield, Joint Managing Director of Corporate Buying at Aldi, said: "We've seen sell-out success of our Big Daddy steaks in the past and now it's Mum's turn.
"The 'Mother of All Steaks' has been created especially for Mother's Day and is sure to bring smiles to the faces of mums across the country.
"At Aldi we're committed to offering premium quality products at amazing low prices, allowing customers to make substantial savings on luxury items without any compromise."
Aldi advises that the steak is cooked over a high heat before being rested for up to 10 minutes to make the most of the delicious flavour from the rump cut.

If you still don't feel like you're up to the challenge of a home-cooked meal, you can always take her out for the evening. That doesn't even have to cost the world, either - as one of the nation's favourite fast food chains has come up with a rather ingenious Mother's Day deal.
McDonald's - yes, hear us out - is putting on a three-course, sit-down special for Mothering Sunday, and it only costs £10. It's only available at one restaurant in Newcastle on Northumberland Street, so if you're in the area, you can snap up a slot at 11am, 12.30pm or 2pm.
As a starter, you'll get Mozzarella Dippers, Four Nuggets or Carrot Sticks with Philadelphia. The main includes a Signature Collection Burger, Big Mac, Chicken Legend, Fillet O'Fish or Veggie Burger. Then finally the dessert is a tough choice between a McFlurry, Fruit Bag, Muffin or Apple Pie.
May not be the gourmet steak dinner you had planned... but not a bad back-up, let's face it.
